DZL Series Horizontal Quick-Assembly Hot Water Boiler
The DZL series steam and hot water boilers feature a single-tube design with chain grate combustion system. The boiler body incorporates a cylindrical drum arranged longitudinally along the center, with the front and sides forming the radiant heating surface and the rear tube bundle creating the convective heating surface. An economizer at the rear maximizes heat recovery from high-temperature flue gas.
This compact design minimizes floor space requirements, allows single-floor boiler room arrangements, and reduces construction investment. High assembly degree enables shorter installation periods and lower installation costs. The optimized heat transfer surface arrangement ensures rapid heating, sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency.
