Saturated 300Kg/H Diesel Steam Boiler 210KW For Textile Industry

The burner releases heat, which is first absorbed by the water wall by radiative heat transfer. The water of the water wall boils and vaporizes, and a large amount of steam enters the steam drum for steam and water separation.
The separated saturated steam enters the superheater and continues to absorb by convection. The flue gas heat at the top of the furnace and the horizontal flue, the tail flue, and the superheated steam reaches the required operating temperature.
Can be used for civilian or industrial equipment ,provide hot water, dual-use equipment according to the requirements of production and pressure hot water equipment, and atmospheric water vapor.
Full automatic control. Just connect the water and electricity; press the key, then the boiler will automatically enter the automatic running, safer and more convenient. Built-in steam separator solves the problem of steam with water to ensure the quality of the steam.
