WNS series steam boiler adopts the most sophisticated three returns all wet back structure,thread smoke tube structure weld joint with high quality.The main body is a shell-type full wet back and three-pass pyrotechnic pipe structure. The flame burns in a large combustion chamber with slight positive pressure, and the combustion is sufficient, the furnace heat load is low, and the emissions of harmful substances SOX and NOX are small.
The structure of the corrugated furnace and the threaded smoke tube not only improves the strength and strengthens the heat transfer effect, but also satisfies the needs of thermal expansion of each part.
The boiler water volume and steam space are large, and the load adjustment range is large.
